  • If you create an account on our store, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passcodes, and restricting access to your computer or mobile device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Product Catalog, Conditions & Payouts

  • Refurbished Device Conditions: We sell certified pre-owned and refurbished smartphones, tablets, and laptops. While every device undergoes a strict 30-point quality check, cosmetic variations (like light scratches or minor blemishes) may exist based on the selected condition grade (Like New, Gently Used, Fair).
  • Selling Your Device: If you sell a device to us for cash, you represent that you are the lawful owner of the device, that the device is free from any liens, locks, or finance blocks, and that the diagnostic information you provided during evaluation is accurate. We reserve the right to revise or cancel the cash payout offer if the physical device does not match the diagnostic evaluation upon doorstep inspection.

4. Pricing, Billing & Order Cancellations

  • Pricing Accuracy: We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to pricing, product descriptions, or promotions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
  • Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
