1. Free Shipping Nationwide

We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden delivery fees or handling charges at checkout.

2. Processing and Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are packaged and handed over to our courier partners on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.
    • Rest of India: 3 to 6 business days.
    • Please note: Regional weather conditions or local transit delays may occasionally affect these estimates.

3. Transit Security & Safe Packaging

Refurbished electronics require extra care.

  • Every device is shipped in a customized, shock-resistant ReBuySell box featuring thick foam padding to prevent any movement or impact damage during transit.
  • All shipments are fully insured. If a device is lost in transit or damaged before it reaches your door, we bear the cost and will arrange a replacement or full refund.

4. OTP Verification at Delivery (Security Measure)

To prevent theft, fraud, and misdelivery of high-value devices:

  • All orders require a One-Time Password (OTP) verification at the time of delivery.
  • The OTP will be sent to the phone number you provided during checkout once the courier partner is out for delivery.
  • Please ensure you or an authorized representative are available at the shipping address to share the OTP with the delivery executive. Packages will not be handed over without successful OTP verification.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send a tracking link to your registered email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You can monitor your shipment’s status in real-time. We partner with India’s leading logistics providers, including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees.

6. Shipping Payouts for Sales (Selling Your Phone/Laptop)

If you are selling a device to us:

  • We provide free doorstep pickup in Lucknow and other serviceable regions.
  • Our pickup executive will inspect the device at your home/office and initiate your instant bank transfer/UPI payout on the spot. You do not have to pay anything for pickup or shipping.
